In view of satisfactory performance reports from the mine, I, in exercise of powers conferred upon me under Regulation 208(3) of the Coal Mines Regulations, 2017 hereby renew the approval granted of Supercoal-3, (Code No.SEL/EM/07/P3-2), a  P3 type Permitted Explosive Packed in polythene film with end clipping by steel clips for use in belowground gassy coal mines of first and second degree vide this Directorate’s letter No. 66021/52/2007-Genl/2699 dated 20.09.2011,for a further period of five years i.e. upto 19.9.2026, subject to compliance with the condition stipulated vide this Directorate letter  No.66021/52/2007-Genl/2699 dated 20.9.2011 read with letter no. S 66021/52/2007-Genl/RP-992 dated 25.8.2014.
