Sub:   Renewal Approval under Regulation 208(3) of the Coal Mines Regulations, 2017 for  flameproof control station,type no. FLP/CS-1  manufactured by M/s. Mine Line Pvt Ltd kolkata confirming to IS/IEC 60079-0:2011 and IS/IEC 60079-1:2014 for use in belowground Coal Mines – Renewal thereof.

Dear Sir/Madam,

With reference to your online application No. E-29021|62297|2025|Electrical (HQ) dated 02/04/2025 on the above subject, and based on the test reports and documents submitted in this regard:

In exercise of powers conferred upon Chief Inspector of Mines (also designated as Director General of Mines Safety) under Regulation 208(3) of the Coal Mines Regulations, 2017, for Flame proof   Control Station Type no.CS-1 manufactured by M/s. Mine Line Pvt Ltd,kolkata  hereby renew the approval  DGMS Approval No. 295 Group -1 of 1989) issued vide DGMS letter no. 333/89/1338/EHQ dtd 29.08.1989) for a further period of five years, i.e. up to 25.06.2030 for use in belowground Coal Mines.  The conditions mentioned in the original approval and subsequent renewal letters shall be strictly complied with. 

Please note that any future application for renewal must be submitted at least three (03) months prior to the date of expiry of the approval.
