Reference: Test report issued by CIMFR vide no. IN/CIMFR/TR22/H209 dated  18/08/2022 and CIMFR certified Drawing no. 12052/R1 (Sheet 1to 3).,

Please refer to your online application no. E-29021|62478/2025/Electrical (HQ) dated 06/08/2025 on the above subject & test reports and other documents submitted on this portal/module in this regard.

I, in exercise of powers conferred upon Chief Inspector of Mines (also designated as Director General of Mines Safety) under Regulation 208 (3) of the Coal Mines Regulations, 2017, hereby renew the Approval No. 464 of 1999 granted vide this Directorate's letter No. 333/817/EHQ dated 19/08/1999 for a further period of two years, i.e. up to 25/08/2027, for use in belowground Coal Mines in India.

The application for renewal should be made at least three (03) months before the date of expiry of the approval.
