In view of satisfactory performance report received from the mine, I, in exercise of powers conferred upon me under Regulation 208(3) of the Coal Mines Regulations, 2017 hereby renew the approval of 25 shots exploder, type Ex-25 manufactured by M/s Electrical Equipment Corporation, Gurgaon, (Haryana) for use in gassy coal mines /Seams of first and second degree, vide this Directorate’s letter No. S 66021/163/2006-Genl/2780 dated 28.09.2011 for a further period of five years i.e. up-to 27.9.2026.
