Jagdamba Tyre Retreading Co., Dhanbad conforming to IS/IEC 60079-0:2017, IS/IEC 60079-1:2014, IS/IEC 60079-11:2011 and IS/IEC 60529-2001(Reaffirmed 2014) for use in belowground Coal Mines – Renewal thereof.

Please refer to your online application no. E-29021/62265/2025/EHQ dated 06/03/2025 on the above subject and test report no. IN/CIMFR/TR21/R/ H 257 dated 27/09/2021 and IN/CIMFR/TR22/R/ H 307 dated 13/10/2022, BIS License No. CM/L- 5800006467 and other documents submitted therewith in this regard.

I, in exercise of powers conferred upon Chief Inspector of Mines (also designated as Director General of Mines Safety) under Regulation 208(3) of the Coal Mines Regulations, 2017, hereby renew the approval (DGMS Approval No. 617 of 2010) granted vide this Directorate's letter No. 544/3062/EHQ dated 29.09.2010 for a further period of two years,i.e.up to 29.09.2026 for use in belowground Coal Mines.

The conditions mentioned in the original approval and subsequent renewal letters shall be strictly complied with.

Please note that application for renewal should be made at least three (03) months before the date of expiry of the approval.
