 In view of the difficulties expressed by you, and I, in exercise of powers conferred on me under Rule 11(5) of the Mines Rescue Rules 1985, hereby renew the approval((Approval No. SA-10/ 2010), for Self contained Breathing apparatus(Closed Circuit Positive pressure type) model BIOPAK-240 R manufactured by  M/s BIOMARINE INC,USA., granted vide this Directorate’s letter No. S-65019/1/2010- Genl/2238 dated 28.09.2010 read with letter No. S-65019/1/2010- Genl/457 dated 30.01.2014, for a further period of two years, i,e. upto 29.09.2024, subject to the strict compliance of the  conditions of the approval.
