Please refer to you online application No.E-2902/|62731/2026/Electrical (HQ) dated 07/02/2026 and subsequent correspondence there upon on the above subject and test reports and other documents submitted there within in this regard.

I, in exercise of powers conferred upon Chief Inspector of Mines (also designated as Director General of Mines Safety) under Regulation 208(3) of the Coal Mines Regulations, 2017, hereby renew the approval (DGMS Approval No.463 of 1999) granted vide this Directorates Letter No.429/668/EHQ dated 13.07.1999 for a further period of two years i.e. up to 06/03/2028 for use in belowground Coal mines.

The conditions mentioned in the original approval and subsequent renewal letters shall be strictly complied with.

Please note that application for renewal should be made at least three (3) month before the date of expiry of the approval.
