Subject: Amendment in location of Man Riding Chair Lift System manufactured and supplied by M/s. APHMEL working at SRP 3 & 3A Incline Mine (from Surface to 13L/42D 3 Seam to Surface to 13L North of 39R) in Srirampur Area of M/s Singareni Collieries Company Limited. - Approval thereof.

Sir,

1.     Please refer to (i) your online application vide ID 51112 dated 29.01.2022  and  (ii) this Directorate’s Approval No. Mech-142101/ 2021/ 11 dated 25.02.2021on the above cited subject.

2.     In exercise of the powers conferred upon Chief Inspector of Mines (also designated as Director General of Mines Safety) under Regulation 208(3) of the Coal Mines Regulations 2017, I hereby accord approval for Amendment in location of Man Riding Chair Lift System manufactured and supplied by M/s. APHMEL working at SRP 3 & 3A Incline Mine (from Surface to 13L/42D 3 Seam to Surface to 13L North of 39R) in Srirampur Area of M/s Singareni Collieries Company Limited, of the approval under reference at  Para 1(ii) above subject to the conditions mentioned in the above referred Approval Letter. Further, following documents shall be submitted within one month from the date of issue of this letter failing to which this approval shall be deemed to be revoked:

1. Drawing of diversion pulley

2. Layout details of 13 L curve station ( 133°49’45” ).

3. Gradient of proposed extended portion of travelling roadway on offsetting plan.
