ABC Electricals Private Limited, Kolkata conforming to IS/IEC 60079-1:2007 and IS/IEC 60079-0:2004 for use in belowground Coal Mines– Renewal thereof.

Please refer to your online application No. E-29021/41053/2021/Electrical (HQ) dated 20.11.2021, offline application NO. DGMS/21-22/136 dated 19.11.2021 on the above subject and ERTL test report No. ERTL(E)/TES/A185/0050/06-12 dated 09.07.2012 and CIMFR Test Report No. CIMFR/TC/P/H561 dated 26.12.2014 , BIS License No. CM/L- 5420047 and other documents submitted therewith in this regard. 

 

I, in exercise of powers conferred upon Chief Inspector of Mines (also designated as Director General of Mines Safety) under Regulation 208(3) of the Coal Mines Regulations, 2017, hereby renew the approval (DGMS Approval No. 92 Group-I of 1975) granted vide this Directorate's letter No. 299/75/241/EHQ dated 21.03.1975 for a further period of five years, i.e. up to 30.09.2025  for use in belowground Coal Mines.  The conditions mentioned in the original approval and subsequent renewal letters shall be strictly complied with. 

 

Please note that application for renewal should be made at least three (03) months before the date of expiry of the approval.
