Please refer to your letter No. AMA/DGMS/2020-21/057, dated 24.09.2020 and online ID No. 30625 dated 25.09.2020 on the above subject.

             In view of difficulties expressed by you, I, in exercise of powers conferred on me under Regulation 208 (3) of the Coal Mines Regulations, 2017, hereby renew the approval granted vide this Directorate letter No. 14(2)2002-Genl/3435, dated 1.10.2003 read with letter no. S 66021/157/2006-Genl/ RP-583, dated 26.05.2014 for further period of two years upto 01.10.2022.
