Prabhu Industrial Udyog Pvt.Ltd. for use in belowground Coal Mines- Renewal thereof.

        Please refer to your online application No.  E-29021|30871|2021|Electrical(HQ), dated 04.06.2021, offline application No. PIU/020/21-22, dated 06.04.2021 on the above subject and CIMFR Test & Assessment Report No. IN/CIMFR/TR20/755, dated 05.03.2020, BIS License No. CM/L- 1855466 and other documents submitted therewith in this regards.

I, in excercise of Power conferred upon Chief Insector of Mines (also designated as Director General of Mines Safety) under Regulation 208(3) of the Coal Mines Regulations, 2017, hereby renew the approval (DGMS Approval No. 282 of 1987) granted vide this Directorate's letter No. 423/87/1050/EHQ, Dated 02.08.1987 for a period of five years, i.e. up to 30.07.2026 for use in belowground Coal Mines. The condition mentioned in the original approval and subsequent renewal letters shall be strictly complied with.

Please note that application for renewal should be made at least three (3) months before the date of expiry of the approval.
