In view of the satisfactory performance reports, I, in exercise of powers conferred on me under Regulation 208 (3) of the Coal Mines Regulations, 2017, hereby renew the approval granted vide this Directorate’s vide letter No S-66021/01/2008-Genl/P-1448, dated 24.4.2009, for further period of two years i.e. up to 24.04.2023.
