Please refer to your online application vide ref No. 61389 dated 21.11.2022, on the above subject, enclosing therewith the performance reports from Mine Rescue station of M/s Western Coalfields Limited & M/s Mahanadi Coalfields Limited.

In view of the satisfactory performance reports from Mines Rescue Stations, I, in exercise of powers conferred on me under Rule 11(5) of the Mines Rescue Rules, 1985, hereby renew the approval ( Approval No. SA-3/2000) of Open Circuit Compressed Air Breathing Apparatus CABA 9000 manufactured by M/s Joseph Leslie Dynamiks Mfg. Pvt. Ltd.,  for further  period of five years i.e. from 31.12.2022 to 31.12.2027, subject to the compliance of the conditions stipulated vide this Directorate’s letter No. 16(13)99-Genl/1160 dated 03.04.2000. read with letter No. S 65019/07/2006-Genl/ RP- 900 dated 11.08.2014.
