Jagdamba Tyre Retreading Co., Dhanbad conforming to IS/IEC 60079-1:2007, IS/IEC 60079-11:2006, IS/IEC 60079-0:2004 and IS/IEC 60529-2001 for use in belowground Coal Mines – Renewal thereof.

Please refer to your online application No. E-29021/20292/2019/Electrical (HQ) dated 17.09.2020 on the above subject and CIMFR/TC/SR/H645 dated 31.12.2012 and CIMFR/TC/P/H762 dated 26.02.2013, BIS License No. CM/L-5800006407 and other documents submitted therewith in this regard.

I, in exercise of powers conferred upon Chief Inspector of Mines (also designated as Director General of Mines Safety) under Regulation 208(3) of the Coal Mines Regulations, 2017, hereby renew the approval (DGMS Approval No. 617 of 2010) granted vide this Directorate's letter No. 544/3062/EHQ dated 29.09.2010 for a further period of five years, i.e. up to 29.09.2024 for use in belowground Coal Mines.  The conditions mentioned in the original approval and subsequent renewal letters shall be strictly complied with. 

Please note that application for renewal should be made at least three (03) months before the date of expiry of the approval.
