           In view of the difficulties expressed by you, I, in exercise of powers conferred upon me under Regulation 208(3) of the Coal Mines Regulations, 2017, and Regulation 2 (2) of the Metalliferous Mines Regulations, 1961,  hereby renew the approval granted vide this Directorate's letter No. S-66021/15/2008-Genl/1492 dated 29.04.2009, S-66021/15/2008-Genl/2402 dated 29.08.2012 and S-66021/15/2008-Gnel/3078 dated 02.11.2012 for a further period of two years upto 28.04.2021.
