The subject matter has been examined in light of your application, in view of the difficulties expressed by you, I, in exercise of powers conferred on me under Regulation 208(3) of the Coal Mines Regulations 2017, hereby renew the approval granted to for Supreme Copper Delay Detonator (CDD) for use in underground coal mines/seams of First and Second degree gassiness vide this Directorate’s letter No. 14(1)-2001-Genl/1143 dated 05.05.2004, upto 31.03.2024, subject to the strict compliance of the conditions stipulated vide this Directorate’s letter No. 14(1)-2001-Genl/1143 dated 05.05.2004, and  S 66021/182/2006-Genl/RP-94 dated 26.10.2016.
