In view of difficulties expressed by you, I, in exercise of powers conferred upon me under Regulation 208(3) of the Coal Mines Regulations, 2017 hereby renew the approval granted vide this Directorate”s letter No. S 66021/04/2015-Genl/ P-06 dated 20.01.2016 for a further period of two years i.e. upto 19.01.2023.
