Laxmi Hydraulics Pvt. Ltd., Solapur, Maharashtra conforming to IS/IEC 60079-0:2017 and IS/IEC 60079-1:2014 for use in belowground Coal Mines_ Renewal thereof.

Please refer to your online application no. E-29021/62149/2024/Electrical (HQ) dated 07/12/2024 on the above subject and test report No. ERTL (E)/TES/L077/0024/11-22/NABL dated 09/03/2023 with ERTL certified drawing no. LHP/Exdb/200L, BIS License No. CM/L-7165673 and other documents submitted therewith in this regard.

I, in the exercise of powers conferred upon the Chief Inspector of Mines (also designated as Director General of Mines Safety) under Regulation 208(3) of the Coal Mines Regulations, 2017, hereby renew the approval (DGMS Approval No. 552 of 2006) granted vide this Directorate's letter No. 493/1582/EHQ dated 21.11.2006 for a further period of five years, i.e. up to 21/11/2029 for use in belowground Coal Mines in India. In the interest of safety, the spares recommended by the OEM shall be adhered to while maintaining the motor.

  Please note that application for renewal should be made at least three (03) months before the date of expiry of the approval.
