Please refer to your letter No.19-20/130 dated 22.04.2020 and online application ID No.30491 dated 03.04.2020 on the above subject.

In view of satisfactory performance report of the Environment Monitoring System during the approval period, I, by virtue of powers conferred on me under Regulation 208(3) of the Coal Mines Regulations, 2017,hereby renew the approval for Environmental Monitoring System manufactured by you for detection of Carbon Monoxide and Inflammable gases in underground coal mines granted vide this Directorate’s letter No. 16(1)99-Genl/1920 dated 03.07.2003 for further five years i.e. from 04.07.2020 to 03.07.2025.
