In view of difficulties expressed by you, I, in exercise of powers conferred upon me under Regulation 208 (3) of the Coal Mines Regulations, 2017 hereby renew the approval granted vide this Directorate’s letter No.S 66021/51/2007/Genl/5392 dated 13.12.2007 read with letter No..S 66021/51/2007-Genl/RP-126 dated 16.12.2015  for a further period of two years i.e. upto 12.12.2022..
