In view of satisfactory performance report from different Mines Rescues Stations,  I, by virtue of powers conferred upon me under Rule 11(5) of the Mines Rescue Rules 1985 , hereby renew the validity of approval of Handheld Resuscitator model ‘CAREvent CA’ manufactured by M/s. O-Two Medical Technologies Inc., Canada  for a period of five years i.e. from 01.02.2020 to 31.01.2025, subject to strict compliance of the conditions stipulated vide this Directorate’s letter  No. S 65019/14/2006-Genl/523 dated 06.02.2007.
