Please refer to your online application ID No. 51109 dated 27.01.2022 on the above subject.In view of satisfactory performance reports received from the mines, I, in exercise of powers conferred upon me under Regulation 208(3) of the Coal Mines Regulations, 2017 hereby renew the approval of Super Coal Delay Detonator (0-6) with (Epoxy) Powder Coated Steel Shell for Use in belowground Coal Mines/Seams of first degree gassiness, manufactured by M/s Ideal Detonators Private Limited, Secuenderabad, granted vide this Directorate’s letter No. S 66021/14/2014-Genl/P-1133 dated 05.12.2014 for a further period of five years i.e. up-to 04.12.2026 subject to the following conditions.

‘’All precaution in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Coal Mines Regulations, 2017 applicable for transport, storage, handling, charging, use and firing of the explosive in underground coal mines shall be observed.’’
