Ref- Test Report No- ERTL(E)/TES/K061/0014/09-21/NABL, dated 15.11.2021 and ERTL(E)/TES/K090/0017/12-21/NABL, dated 11.01.2022.

Please refer to your online application No. E-29021/61710/2023/Electrical (HQ), dated 31.10.2023 on the above subject, test reports and other documents submitted therewith in this regard. 

I, in exercise of powers conferred upon Chief Inspector of Mines (also designated as Director General of Mines Safety) under Regulation 208(3) of the Coal Mines Regulations, 2017, hereby renew the approval ( Approval No. 526 of 2005) granted vide this Directorate's letter No. 492/279/EHQ dated 01.03.2005 for a further period of two years, i.e. up to 01.03.2026  for use in belowground Coal Mines.  The conditions mentioned in the original approval and subsequent renewal letters shall be strictly complied with. 

Please note that application for renewal should be made at least three (03) months before the date of expiry of the approval.
