Sub: Renewal of Approval with Location Amendment for Man Riding Chair Lift System manufactured & supplied by M/s. APHMEL, to operate at KTK-1 Incline Mine (11L Tunnel 1Seam to 21D/13L/3 Seam) in KTK 1 incline mine belonging to Bhupalpalli Area of Singareni Collieries Company Limited (SCCL).

1. Please refer to (i) your online application vide ID 62540 dated 17.09.2025, (ii) This Directorate’s Approval No.Mech (HQ)/ APP/ APHMEL/ MR-CL/ 713 dated 27.09.2013 ,and (iii) This Directorate’s Renewal approval vide letter No. M-29020|30525|2020|Mechanical (HQ) Dhanbad, Date: 03.12.2020 and subsequent correspondence on the above subject.
2. The matter has been considered in light of what has been stated by you in the letter’s under references at para 1 (i) above. I, in exercise of powers conferred upon Chief Inspector of Mines (also designated as Director General of Mines Safety) under Regulation 208(3) of the Coal Mines Regulations, 2017, hereby accord renewal of subject approval refer Para 1(ii) & (iii) above for a period of five years i.e. upto 27.09.2030 subject to conditions mentioned in the earlier Approvals refer para 1 (ii) & (iii) above with following amendment

3. The application for renewal of approval shall be made online at least three months before the date of expiry of this approval.
