Sub:  Renewal of Approval under Regulatuion 208(3) of the Coal Mines Regulations 2017 for use of Manriding chairlift system of M/s APHMEL working from Surface to 16XD/14LS in No.3 Seam at SRP 3 & 3A Incline Mine in Srirampur Area of The Singareni Collieries Company Limited.

Dear Sir,

1.    Please refer to (i) your online application ID: 62383 dated 30.05.2025, (ii) Initial Approval Vide Lr. No. : Mech (HQ)/ APP/ MR-CL/ APHMEL / 171 dated 13.02.2009 (iii) Renewal and Amendment Approval vide Mech-142101 / 2021 / 11 Dated 25.02.2021, subsequent ammendments given thereoff and correspondences on the above cited subject.

2.    In exercise of the powers conferred upon Chief Inspector of Mines (also designated as Director General of Mines Safety) under Regulation 208(3) of the Coal Mines Regulations 2017, I hereby accord renewal to the approval issued vide refer Para 1(ii) and (iii) for a period of five years i.e. up to 10.08.2030, subject to the conditions mentioned in the approval letters refer para 1(ii), 1(iii) and the additional condition to submit following documents within 3 months from the date of issue of this letter

2.1. Latest Test reports of associated FLP/IS electrical apparatus as follows :

3.    The application for renewal of approval shall be made online at least three months before the date of expiry of this approval.
