Shanxi Tiandi Coal Mining Machinery, China for use in belowground coal mines in India-- Renewal approval thereof.

Please refer to your online application no. E-29021/62394/2025/Electrical (HQ) dated 05/06/2025 on the above subject and other documents submitted therewith in this regard.

I, in exercise of powers conferred upon Chief Inspector of Mines (also designated as Director General of Mines Safety) under Regulation 208(3) of the Coal Mines Regulations, 2017, hereby renew the approval (DGMS Approval No. 810 of2023)  granted for renewal approval vide this Directorate's letter No. vide letter no. NO: E-29021/61587/2023/Electrical(HQ) Dhanbad, Date: 16/08/2023   for a further period of five years, i.e. up to 08/08/2030 for use in belowground Coal Mines in India, subject to submission of test report (within 03 months)with testing standard IEC 60079-11:2023 for intrinsically safe associated electrical apparatus.

Please note that application for renewal should be made at least three (03) months before the date of expiry of the approval.
