Please refer to your letter No. IDL/RKL/Safety & LC/No. 372 dated 26.08.2024 and online application N. 62041 dated 29.08.2024 on the above subject.    

In view of satisfactory performance reports submitted by the user mines, I, in exercise of the power conferred on me, under Regulation 208(3) of the Coal Mines Regulations, 2017, hereby renew the approval of Godyne (PE-1A), a P-1 type Permitted Explosive Composition in Chub-Packing (Polythene film tube, ends sealed by galvanized iron clip) for use in belowground gassy coal mines/seams of first degree gassiness manufactured by M/s. IDL Explosives Limited for further five years i.e. from 13.10.2024 to 12.10.2029 subject to strict compliance of the conditions stipulated vide this Directorate’s letter No. S 66021/191/06-Genl/2494 dated 13.10.2006.
