Please refer to your online application ID-51169 dated 15.03.2022 , this Directorate’s letter No. MSE-29022/51169/2022/MSE(HQ) dated 04.4.2022, & No. MSE-29022/51169/2022/MSE(HQ) dated 20.4.2022 and your reply vide ref. No. IDEL/IDPL/2022-23 dated 12.4.2022 and dated 20.5.2022 on the above subject.

In view of difficulties expressed by you, I, in exercise of powers conferred upon me under Regulation 208(3) of the Coal Mines Regulations, 2017 hereby renew the approval granted vide this Directorate’s letter No. S 14(10)2003-Genl/2630 dated 02.11.2004 read with letter No. S 14(10)2003-Genl/1142 dated 01.06.2006,  No. S 66021/183/2006-Genl/RP-44 dated 09.3.2015 for further period of two years i.e. up-to 02.11.2023.
