Please refer to your online application ID No. 41027, dated 24.10.2021 on the above subject. In view of difficulties expressed by you I, in exercise of powers conferred upon me under Regulation 208(3) of the Coal Mines Regulations, 2017 hereby renew the approval granted vide this No. S 66021/193/2006-Genl/ 4162, dated 30.12.2009 read with Directorate’s letter No. S 66021/193/2006-Genl/ RP-120 dated 15.12.2015 for further period of two years i.e up-to 29.12.2022.
