In view of the satisfactory performance reports received from the users, I, by virtue of powers conferred on me under Regulations 208 (3) of the Coal Mines Regulations, 2017 and Regulation 2 (2) of the Metalliferous Mines Regulations, 1961, hereby renew the approval granted vide this Directorate’s letter No. S66021/15/2007-Genl/994, dated 07.4.2008 for a further period of five year i.e. upto 11.07.2026, subject to the compliance with the relevant conditions stipulated vide this Directorate’s subsequent letter No. S66021/15/2007-Genl/1854 dated 12.7.2011, No. S66021/15/2007-Genl/2377 dated 28.8.2012, No. S66021/15/2007-Genl/AP-112 dated 24.11.2015, and  No. S66021/15/2007-Genl/AP-96 dated 11.11.2016,
