Ltd, Mumbai conforming to IS/IEC 60079-1:2007,IS/IEC:60079-0:2004 and IS/IEC 60079-11:2006 and IS/IEC 60529:2001 for use in belowground coal mines-Renewal thereof.

Please refer to you online application No.E-29021|30735|2021|Electrical(HQ) dated .03.02.2021 and off line application No-FEPL/HBD/DGMS/1696/2020-21 dated 08.02.2021 and subsequent correspondence thereupon the above subject and test reports and other documents submitted there within in this regard.
I, in exercise of powers conferred upon Chief Inspector of Mines (also designated as Director General of Mines Safety) under Regulation 208(3) of the Coal Mines Regulations, 2017, hereby renew the approval (DGMS Approval No.682 of 2014) granted vide this Directorates Letter No.306/1445/EHQ dated 09.10.2014 for a further period of five(5) Years i.e upto 09.10.2026 for use in belowground Coal mines. The conditions mentioned in the original approval and subsequent renewal letters shall be strictly complied with.
Please note that application for renewal should be made at least three (3) month before the date of expiry of the approval.
