Please refer to your online application ID-51168 dated 15.3.2022,  this Directorate’s letter No. MSE-29022/51168/2022/MSE(HQ) dated 04.4.2022 and No. MSE-29022/51168/2022/MSE(HQ) dated 20.4.2022 and  your reply on dated 12.4.2022 and dated  06.5.2022 on the above subject.

In view of difficulties expressed by you, I, in exercise of powers conferred upon me under Regulation 208(3) of the Coal Mines Regulations, 2017 hereby renew the approval granted vide this Directorate’s letter No. S 66021/09/2015-Genl/P-45 dated 09.3.2015 for further period of two years i.e. up-to 07.03.2024.
