Please refer to your online application submitted, vide letter No. S-29023|40933|2021|S&T(HQ)  dated 04.08.2021 for renewal of approval granted vide this Directorate letter No  S 29023/306/2009/S&T (HQ)/1016 dated 26.09.2017 and subsequent correspondence made vide letter no. IPL/SCM-MM/M16T/2021/02 dated 20.08.2021, on the subject mentioned above.              

       Based on the information furnished by you in the application and documents enclosed therewith, I, in exercise of powers conferred upon me under Regulation 208(3) of the Coal Mines Regulations,2017, hereby renew the approval of “2 Legged 6400 KN capacity Powered Roof Support Type ZY 6400/15/31” Manufactured by M/s Zhengzhou Coal Mining Machinery (Group) Co. Ltd. P. R. China to be used in longwall working at Moonidih Mine of M/s Bharat Coking Coal Limited (BCCL) for a operation of maximum total 26000 cycle (including field trial cycle) or for a period of five (05) years with effect from 15.05.2021, whichever is earlier,  subject to the compliance of all other conditions as mentioned in DGMS letter No. S 29023/306/2009/S&T (HQ)/1016 dated 26.09.2017.
