Please refer to your online application vide ref id no. 61342 dated 30.08.2022 , along with the offline letter No. nil dated 30th August 2022 and subsequent corrigendum letter No. nil dated on 14th November 2022 on the above subject.
The subject matter has been examined in light of your submission and records. In view of the difficulties expressed by you, I , in exercise of powers conferred on me under Regulation 208(3) of the Coal Mines Regulations 2017, hereby renew the approval granted vide this Directorate’s letter No. S-66021/28/2013-Genl/P-299 dated 01.10.2013 for a further period of two years, i,e. upto 30.09.2024, subject to the strict compliance of the following additional conditions.
- The factory inspection may be made by an Officer of this Directorate, if felt necessary, any time to assess/reassess the capability of the manufacturer in respect of quality control, testing and other facilities.
- The product shall be tested from any Govt. approved laboratory, as per the stipulated periodicity, whenever standard of testing changes or the approval gets revalidated from this Directorate under the new /revised testing standards..
