In view of the satisfactory performance report, test and assessment report no. IN/CIMFR/TR25/R/280 dated 28/06/2025, type examination certificate no. CMF 25 INEx 0107 issue no. 0 dated 26/05/2025 and drawing no. FEPL/IS/LED/05 Rev-2 dated 21/02/2025, issued by M/s Central Institute of Mining & Fuel Research, Dhanbad and Test report certificate no. NTH(WR)/EL(A)/25/4059_1,dated 27/06/2025 issued by National Test House(WR),Mumbai, I, by virtue of powers conferred on me under Regulation 2(2) of the Metalliferous Mines Regulation, 1961 hereby accord approval for Intrinsically Safe rechargeable Cap Lamp with Inbuilt Li-ion Battery Type No.IS-RH-LED-05 manufactured by M/s Flameproof Equipments Private Limited, Mumbai for use in belowground metalliferous mines subject to the compliance with the following conditions:

1. All the conditions of the approval granted vide this Directorate letters No. MSE-29022/220172/2018/MSE(HQ); dated 16.10.2020. shall remain unchanged except the validity of the approval.
2. Further renewal of the approval can be sought through online application at least 90 days prior to the expiry of the validity.
3. The manufacturer shall have a valid BIS certification.
4. The product shall be tested at any Govt./Govt. Approved laboratory whenever standard of testing regime changes and the approval is revalidated from this Directorate under new/revised testing standard (s).
5. The validity of the renewal shall be for the period of 05 years i.e upto 15.10.2030.
