Laxmi Hydraulics Pvt. Ltd., Solapur conforming to IS/IEC 60079-0:2011 and IS/IEC 60079-1:2014 for use in belowground Coal Mines-–Renewal thereof.

Please refer to your online application No. E-29021/41048/2021/Electrical (HQ) dated 16.11.2021, offline application No. LHPL/QA/20-21/G-7131 dated 15.11.2021 on the above subject and ERTL test report No. ERTL(E)/TES/L077/0012/11-20 dated  01.12.2020, BIS Licence no. CM/L-7165673 and other documents submitted therewith in this regard. 

 

I, in exercise of powers conferred upon Chief Inspector of Mines (also designated as Director General of Mines Safety) under Regulation 208 (3) of the Coal Mines Regulations, 2017, hereby renew the approval (DGMS Approval No. 527 of 2005) granted vide this Directorate's letter No. 493/294/EHQ dated 04.03.2005 for a further period of five years, i.e. upto 04.03.2027 for use in belowground Coal Mines.  The conditions mentioned in the original approval and subsequent renewal letters shall be strictly complied with. 

 

Please note that application for renewal should be made at least three (03) months before the date of expiry of the approval.
