In view of difficulties expressed by you, I, in exercise of powers conferred upon me under Regulation 208 (3) of the Coal Mines Regulations, 2017 hereby renew the approval granted vide this Directorate’s letter No.14(1) 2001-Genl /1143 dated 05.05.2004 for a further period of two years i.e. upto 27.5.2023, subject to compliance with the condition stipulated vide this Directorate letter No. S 66021/182/2006/-Genl/1978 dated 22.7.2008 read with  letter no. S.66021/187/2006-Genl/RP-94 dated 26.10.2016
