Subject:  Approval under Regulation 208 (3) of the Coal Mines Regulations, 2017, of EMULCOAL-100 (composition EP1-05), a P-1 category explosive manufactured by M/s. IDL Explosives Limited for use in underground coal mines of first degree gassiness- Renewal thereof.

Please refer to your letter No. IDL/RKL/Safety & LC/ No. 1652, dated 11.06.2020 and online application ID No. 30539, dated 01.07.2020 on the above subject.

       In view of satisfactory performance reports from mines,  I, in exercise of powers conferred on me under Regulation 208 (3) of the Coal Mines Regulations, 2017, hereby renew the approval granted by this Directorate vide letter No. S 66021/32/2014-Genl/ P-90, dated 31.08.2015 for further period of five years upto 30.08.2025.
