Please refer to your online application ID- 51189, dated 14.3.2022,  this Directorate’s letter No. MSE-29022/51189/2022/MSE(HQ) dated 29.3.2022  &  No. MSE-29022/51189/2022/MSE(HQ) dated 25.4.2022 and  your  reply vide letter No. DSIPL/GM/DGMS/2022/X-am 2500/03 dated 17.3.2022 and letter  dated 17.5.2022 on the above subject matter.

In view of the satisfactory performance reports, I in exercise of powers conferred on me under Regulation 208(3) of the Coal Mines Regulations, 2017 and Regulation 122, 126(3)(b) and 141 of the Metalliferous Mines Regulations, 1961 hereby renew the approval granted vide this Directorate’s letter No. S 66021/34/2015-Genl/P-32 dated 17.4.2017 for further period of five years i.e. up-to 16.4.2027.
