FLP-RH-SB-13 manufactured by M/s. Flameproof Equipments Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai-400 053 conforming to IS/IEC 60079-11:2006 and IS/IEC:60079-0:2004 for use in belowground Coal Mines– Renewal thereof.

Please refer to your online application No. E-29021/20348/2019/Electrical (HQ) dated 13.11.2019, offline application No. FEPL/HBD/S-GEN/1756/2019 dated 05.07.2019 on the above subject and CIMFR Test Report No. CIMFR/TC/SR/543 dated 08.08.2012, BIS License No. CM/L- 0850855 and other documents submitted therewith in this regard.
I, in exercise of powers conferred upon Chief Inspector of Mines (also designated as Director General of Mines Safety) under Regulation 208(3) of the Coal Mines Regulations, 2017, hereby renew the approval (DGMS Approval No. 631 of 2011) granted vide this Directorate's letter No. 306/2171/EHQ dated 15.11.2011 for a further period of five years, i.e. up to 15.11.2023 for use in belowground Coal Mines. The conditions mentioned in the original approval and subsequent renewal letters shall be strictly complied with.
Please note that application for renewal should be made at least three (03) months before the date of expiry of the approval.
