Please refer to your letter No. APEPL/ 19-20 / DGMS/ 192 dated 01.11.2019, and online application ID No. 20350 dated 17.02.2020 on the above subject.

In view of satisfactory performance reports from mines, I, in exercise of the power conferred on me under Regulation 208(3) of the Coal Mines Regulations, 2017, hereby renew the approval of Copper Coated Steel Permitted Delay Detonators 0-6 APSPDD (0-6) for use in belowground coal mines/seams of second degree gassiness manufactured by M/s. A.P. Explosive Private Limited for a period of five years i.e. from 17.12.2019 to 16.12.2024 subject to strict compliance of the conditions stipulated vide this Directorate’s letter No. S 66021/29/2014-Genl/ P-1170 dated 17.12.2014.
