Please refer to your online application vide ref id no. 61390 dated 20.10.2022 and offline letter No. EEMC: SS:DGMS:22-23:2 dated 21.10.2022, this Directorate's clarification letter no. MSE-29022/61390/2022/MSE(HQ) dated 23/11/2022 and subsequent  documents including performance report submitted by you  online in connection with  the above subject,

In view of the satisfactory performance reports from mines, I, in exercise of the powers conferred on me under Regulation 208(3) of the Coal Mines Regulations 2017, and Regulation 165(3) of the Metalliferous Mines Regulations 1961, hereby renew the approval granted by this Directorate vide letter No. 14(11)/72-Genl/1301 dated 13.05.2004 & S 66021/165/2006-Genl/RP-11 dated 18.02.2016 for a further period of two years, i,e upto 31.10.2024.The approval shall remain valid till the manufacturer has a valid BIS certification
