In view of satisfactory performance reports from the mine, I, in exercise of powers conferred upon me under Regulation 208(3) of the Coal Mines Regulations, 2017 hereby renew the approval granted of Shakti Coal E5 (Code No. EM-SBL/08) a P-5 type explosives for use in belowground coal mines of first degree gassiness, under Regulation 208 (3) of the Coal Mines Regulations, 2017 manufactured by M/s Special Blast Limited, Raipur vide this Directorate’s letter No. S 66021/32/2015-Genl/P-1 dated 12.01.2017,for a further period of five years i.e. upto 12.01.2027  ,.
