In view of satisfactory performance reports from the mines, I, in exercise of powers conferred upon me under Regulation 208 (3) of the Coal Mines Regulations, 2017 hereby renew the approval granted to Senatel Permitted 5000( Code GE 220), a P5 type emulsion explosives composition using steel clips of thicker dimension (1.73 mm to 2.31 mm diameter having tensile strength of 330 + 10 Mpa) for use in belowground coal mines vide this Directorate’s letter No. S 14(2)98/2764 dated 28.05.2001, for a further period of five years i.e. upto 30.11.2025, subject to compliance with the condition stipulated vide this Directorate letter  Nos.14(2) 98-Genl/1748. dated 25.05.1999,  14(2) 98-Genl/4376. dated 24.11.1999, 14(2) 1660. dated 17.5.2000 read with letter No. S 66021/129/2006-Genl/1983, dated 16.8.2010 and S 66021/127/2006-Genl/RP-129, dated 29.12.2015.
