Dear Sir,

SUB : Approval for Man Riding Rail Car System by Rope Haulage (Using 150 HP direct hauler HMT make) to work (from Surface to 67 L along Punch Entry No. 5 Dip) at Adriyala Longwall Project mine in Adriyala Project area of M/s. SCCL - Renewal thereof.

Sir,

1. Please refer to your letter No. APHMEL /MKTG/ DGMS /ALP /OA:5306 /2019 /6385 dated 27.07.2019 on the above cited subject.
2. The matter has been further considered in light of what has been stated by you in the letter under reference and satisfactory performance report received from the user. I, by virtue of powers conferred under Regulation 208(3) of Coal Mines Regulations 2017, hereby renew the validity of this Directorate's approval issued vide letter No. Mech(HQ)/APHMEL/MRC/403 Dated 21.10.2016, for a period of five years i.e. up to 24.09.2024.
3. All terms and conditions stipulated in the approval letter No. Mech(HQ)/APHMEL/MRC/403 Dated 21.10.2016 shall be strictly complied with.
4. Please note that the application for renewal of approval shall be made online at least three months before the date of expiry of the approval
