Sait Mine Line Pvt. Ltd., Kolkata conforming to IS/IEC 60079-1:2007 and IS/IEC : 60079-0:2004 for use in belowground coal mines in India– Renewal thereof.

Please refer to your online application No. E-29021/30545/2020/Electrical (HQ) dated 15.07.2020, offline application No. VS/D36/20/01 dated 25.06.2020, CIMFR test report Nos. CIMFR/TC/SR/711 dated 19.09.2012 & CIMFR/TC/S/H728 dated 17.03.2015, BIS License No. CM/L- 5805269 and other documents submitted therewith in this regard. 

 

I, in exercise of powers conferred upon Chief Inspector of Mines (also designated as Director General of Mines Safety) under Regulation 208(3) of the Coal Mines Regulations, 2017, hereby renew the approval (DGMS Approval No. 700 of 2015) granted vide this Directorate's letter No. 333/1454/EHQ dated 04.08.2015 for a further period of two years, i.e. up to 04.08.2022 for use in belowground Coal Mines.  The conditions mentioned in the original approval and subsequent renewal letters shall be strictly complied with. 

 

Please note that application for renewal should be made at least three (03) months before the date of expiry of the approval.
