In view of difficulties expressed by you, I, in exercise of powers conferred upon me under Regulation 208 (3) of the Coal Mines Regulations, 2017 hereby renew the approval granted vide this Directorate’s letter No.S 66021/182/2006- Genl/4036 dated 19.9.2007 for a further period of two years i.e. upto 18.9.2023, subject to compliance with the conditions stipulated vide this Directorate letter Nos. S.66021/182/2006-Genl/2853 dated 27.09.2012, S.66021/182/2006-Genl/RP-863 dated 31.07.2014, and  S.66021/182/2006-Genl/RP-103  dated 01.12.2016.
