MSE-29022/51170/2022/MSE(HQ) dated  04.4.2022, & No. MSE-29022/51170/2022/MSE(HQ) dated  20.4.2022 and subsequently your reply  Ref. No. IDEAL/IDPLL/2022-23 dated 12.4.2022 and Ref. No. IDEAL/IDPLL/2022-23 dated 06.5.2022 on the above subject.

In view of satisfactory performance report received from the mine, I, in exercise of powers conferred upon me under Regulation 208(3) of the Coal Mines Regulations, 2017 hereby renew the approval granted vide this Directorate’s letter No. S 66021/08/2015-Genl/P-01 dated 02.02.2015 for a further period of five years i.e. up-to  01.02.2027.
