In view of difficulties expressed by you, I, in exercise of powers conferred upon me under Regulation 208(3) of the Coal Mines Regulations, 2017 hereby renew the approval granted vide this Directorate’s letter No. S 66021/185/2006-Genl/525 dated 02.02.2011 read with letter No. S 66021/185/2006-Genl/ RP-320, dated 28.3.2014 and  No. S 66021/185/2006-Genl/RP-85 dated 01.07.2015 for further period of two years i.e. up-to 23.03.2024
