Please refer to your application on the above subject vide online reference No. 61288 dated 24.11.2022, and subsequent letter No. VMPL/DGMS/ Sentro-1/ Renewal Approval/22-23/068 dated 25.01.2023, enclosing therewith the scientific test report No. IN/CIMFR/TR22/R/H350 dated 15.11.2022 of  M/s CIMFR,  Dhanbad titled “ Intrinsically safe testing as Intrinsically safe TX6351-2 Sentro 1 Sensor/Transmitter & TX9081 Sentro trip Amp/ Transmitter, designated by Type No.: TX6351-2 & TX9081, for use in Gas Group I atmosphere”,  and satisfactory performance report in this regard.

 I, in view of the satisfactory performance  report and the test reports conforming to the latest test standards, hereby renew the approval granted (DGMS Approval No. 722 of 2017) vide letter No. 618/233/ EHQ, dated 10.02.2017,  for a  further period of five years from 10.02.2022, i,e  upto 10.02.2027, subject to the compliance of the conditions of approval specified in the letter No. 618/233/ EHQ, dated 10.02.2017 with modification in clause no. 11, which shall be read as follows:

Modified Clause no. 11: "The equipment manufactured susequently shall be identical to the proto type tested at CIMFR, dhanbad vide test report No. CIMFR/TC/P/H738 dated 24.03.2015 and test report No. IN/CIMFR/TR22/R/H350 dated 15.11.2022.
